Under a Construction Management agreement CATH collaborates with the owner on an intimate level to bring the project through to completion. All contracts with sub contractors are held with the owner and CATH’s contract is based on a fee-schedule. This type of agreement allows CATH latitude in day to day decision making, but the owner to retain final say on the project. CATH will manage and coordinate all construction activities to the satisfaction of the owner. Such duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Bid & Procurement management
  • Schedule Management
  • Site Management
