About CATH

Created in 1989 by Frantz Cartright and Albert Thewis, CATH Associates, Inc. is dedicated to providing construction management, project management and technical knowledge to owners, developers and property managers at a level of expertise higher than is generally available. Since it's formation, CATH has been able to do this by proudly serving over 30 clients.

CATH has gone on to successfully manage over 500 million dollars worth of work. Our management and control of construction is concise, meticulously documented and focused on maintaining the consistency necessary to assure the successful completion of a project.

CATH always endeavors to serve the owner to the absolute best of its abilities, with the intention of leaving the owner with the satisfaction of a quality project that is successfully completed in a fiscally responsible and timely manner.
