Albert Thewis

Albert Thewis is co-founder and co-owner of CATH Associates, Inc., a consulting company specializing in providing project management, owner representation, and construction management services to institutional, governmental, and private clients.

Albert Thewis has over 40 years of design and construction experience here and abroad. He has successfully managed numerous projects in Chicago, Florida, Texas, California, and abroad in Hong Kong and Canada. He has worked on projects in various capacities and a variety of project sizes and complexities.

He demonstrates an outstanding ability for maintaining cost effectiveness, while staying within the schedule and budget parameters of his projects. He brings to CATH Associates an abundance of knowledge regarding materials, building products, and construction technology.

For many years prior to the formation of CATH, Mr. Thewis was a Senior Technical Project Architect for leading architectural and construction firms in the Chicago area.

Mr. Thewis holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois and is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois.
