Stabilization of the shoreline with a reinforced concrete promenade (25' wide), reinforced concrete steps and reinforced concrete wave deflector at the top.
Included extending the shoreline approximately 100 feet out into the lake using approved compacted slag for lake fill behind steel sheet piling for the new 25 feet wide promenade deck, etc., backfill behind the steps & wave deflector, soil over backfill, landscaped with grass and trees.
The project also included the construction of a new asphalt bike path with lane markings and soft fine gravel shoulders for joggers.
