The Reconstruction of the peninsula at harbor entrance (350' radius) and approximately 1,000 linear Feet (north) along the shoreline, new reinforced concrete promenade (25' Wide) with reinforced Concrete steps and reinforced concrete wave deflector at the top. Steel sheet piling, tie rods, and choke Stone, fill/rubble stone, and reinforced concrete and toe stone were used on this project.
