Total renovation of a 1954 building consisting of the demolition and removal of the existing structure to the slab/grade level. To save on cost the existing foundation system was reused and a new facility was constructed on top of it. The updated station is equipped with modern amenities and today's technology. The exterior site work included a new parking lot behind the building, new landscaping, and new concrete walks and drives.
