CATH Associate's acted as Owner's Representative in the construction of a new residence building. The 4-story building consisted of:
- Sleeping, living and kitchen facilities
- Health Clinic
- Cafeteria
- Brick construction
- Punched aluminum window openings
- Flat plate construction
- 14' deep basement to accommodate central mechanical plant.
