Project Description: New development for senior housing in 6-story residence buildings and adjacent 2-story condominiums at two Chicago locations: Midway Village near Midway Airport, and Autumn Green at Wright Campus.
All projects were fully sprinklered and included load bearing masonry walls with precast concrete plank structure, interior partitions of metal stud and drywall construction, and vinyl insulated windows and sliding doors throughout. Sitework included adjacent park areas with wooden gazebo and extensive landscaping with irrigation systems.
Project Scope: CATH Associates Inc., acting as owner representative, assisted the owner by providing cost saving suggestions, overseeing budgets and schedules, and monitoring construction through project completion and turnover.
